and i'd say without straps, because they have more texture than the ones with, and your dress is already pretty flat looking. and the straps cut off your leg line. so the ones without straps make your legs look longer.
black flats with straps or without straps. you tell me because I am undecided on which pair to wear for homecoming.

ok AWESOME dress! Love it...I would go for the pair without straps...or a pair of bright red heels if that is a choice :)
